Practice times in the black and red P.T. WATTS bullet was top ten on the charts at the end of “Friday Day’s Practice”. “ I feel really good in the car, getting comfortable in this wasn’t very hard for me to do....the car is exceptionally smooth and fast! We’ll do everything we can as a team to get me in this race, if not? It’s always valuable seat time..” Katie stated after her first practice day was over.

The following day Katie attempted to make the race but was unable to get a provision into the PASS 300 lap main event.  The last PASS Race held at Wiscasset Motor Speedway on October 4,2008 Hagar drove the #2 PT WATTS car for last minute seat time before heading to South Boston, Virginia to keep her NASCAR Drive for Diversity position by competing in the Annual NASCAR Combine. Katie,22,  has been racing with the Pro All Star Series since she was fourteen years old. She
